Bringing Purposeful Play To The Classroom

3DHive makes it possible for educators and learners to create customised 3D games for the classroom. Users get to focus on the content and design of games without having to program.
Integrated classroom management plays a big part in 3DHive. Educators have access to a bird’s-eye-view of the game as students play and even the ability to manipulate elements in the game to help students or make the game more challenging, all on the fly. It's an all in one solution for game based learning in schools.

What do we believe?

We are passionate about experimenting with and creating new paradigms in learning for the 21st century. We firmly believe that in a perfect world education would always lead in technology adoption; so that we learn to use it responsibly and well and tirelessly work towards putting education in the front and centre of technology innovation. We built 3DHive with this in mind for the FutureSchools@Singapore project in a 4-year collaboration with the Ministry of Education, National Research Foundation and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. We collaborated with the team at Canberra Primary School to create 3DHive as one of the world's first integrated, holistic, pervasive games for learning platforms built from the ground up for use in the classroom.

Who are we?

We have a dynamic and professional multi-disciplinary team (25 strong) based out of Singapore. Drawn from such diverse backgrounds as video games, information technologies, television, electronics, comics, e-learning and advertising our team is adept in the art and science of mixed and multi-modal multimedia experience crafting.

Now its up to you to decide

Are you the kind of educator who wants to try a different approach in the classroom? If you are, then we think 3DHive is exactly what you need as an educator to bring purposeful games into your classroom
